2002 Saturn SL2 Shifter Stick

I have a2002 Saturn SL 2 and it's quit shifting gears. You can put it in gear
under the hood and drive it but my stick just wobbles it want go into a gear.
Helpppp PLEASE I called to get a clutch cable because someone told me that
is what it was but nobody around here has one for my car. I was just told my car
doesn't have a clutch cable so i am so confused i need help quick.

It has a shift cable, look on top of the transmission you will see the cable.
