Were is a the fuel filter on my 93 saturn?

it should be located either on the passenger side underneath near the frame or on the driver side I'm not sure of that year but I know previous Saturn's I've owned its usually on the passenger side underneath the car near the frame of a car meaning the outer portion of the vehicle not in word I know for a fact they're not inside the gas tank or in the engine area usually down below pass the engine or underneath the body of the car.
