I starting problem with my car?

Key turns, changed relay, second from
left, started one time and will not start
again. New starter, started one time
and will not start again. What could it
be? Battery charged.

If you got the bargain starter at auto zoo it could be bad out of the box . Make sure batt. terminals are tight along with all other elec. connections . What happens ? Do you get a click or nothing ?
