Trouble starting my car

When I turn the ignition key car
does a slow whirling sound the
starts clicking then starts. What's
up with all that?

beatupchevy answered about a year ago

check batt terminals for good wires and connections and voltage drop on starter /batt wire if this happens when warm/hot , otherwise it may be the ECM , computer .
