Hard to depress brake pedal

Hard to depress brake pedal,
hard to stop vehicle, almost
stalls after pedal is held down
and rpms drop.

open your hood to see the condition of your master cylinder. Probably wouldn't hurt to check your brake fluid as well. I believe it would be DOT3 fluid if you need more brake fluid. It is a GM and I honestly don't know the make well. Probably not far off. good luck

Brake booster may also be at fault, it can draw excess vacuum stalling an engine. A bad booster can also cause a hard pedal.
