Won’t start

My 1992 Buick roadmaster was running fine
went to the store and came back out it
wouldn’t turn over hit the starter it turned
over drove home turned it off and tried to
start it back up nothing happened so I hit the
starter and it turned over put a rebuilt starter
in a year ago could that be the problem long
for someone to point me in the right direction
