Engine runs hot

I had my ecm and wires replaced and fans
come on and off when they are suppose to i
replaced thermostat car still runs a littl .
Warm 210-215 sometimes especially when
siting at a light what can i do toaje it run
cooler!

The tempatures are not that bad especially when in traffic, the system determines the fan speed and until the temp get to around 230 the fans run at 1/2 speed.....when the temp gets above 230 the ECM turns on a relay that feed a full 12v to the fans and they run at full speed until the engine cools back down. If this really bothers you the ECM chip can be reprogramed to turn the fans on at lower temp.....this set-up was probably done to keep engine noise down.

My 1996 Buick riviera supercharged has begun running warmer not at red line but over 220 then as I speed up it cools, as I turn it off let it sit for 5 min start up the gage again shows over 220?
