I have a 1995 buick riviera 3800 supercharged, having electrical issues 1) with fully charged battery, will not start, just get a click,even when try boosting , but when you hook booster cables up to boosting spot under hood car will start right up, 2) when i connect battery headlights will come on and not go off regardless of wheteher or not the key is in, hope to find some answers Thanks

I suggest you remove and check the vehicle's starter. Sometime the normal charge from a battery doesn't generate enough energy if there is a problem with a starter. Reference the headlights..what if anything the keys are in the ignition has to do with the operation of the headlights is unknown. Please note headlights will come on whether or not the keys are in the ignition. Do check the delay switch/leveler that's located at the same spot of the vehicle's light switch.
