envoy 2007 electrical issue

Working on a 2007 GMC envoy. First issue was is that I could not get the car
out of Park. Can't get the key to turn all the way back and is stuck in
accessory mode. While the key is in accessory mode, the park light and
battery light are blinking. I had to disconnect the battery so it would not be
drained. Also the blinkers and hazards also will not work. Weird part is, after i
Plug in a code reader and start the car, all the issues go away and it works
perfect. I do get a P0102 MAF sensor code, but won't go away after looking
at the part. once i take off the code reader all the same issues pop back up.
Please help

Weak battery, battery connections loose, ignitions switch or ground will cause this.
