what would make my 07 crown wic blow a/c out of the defrost vents only and how can i fix it

a/c wont blow out of any vent other then defrost vents.

Check for vacume leak,s under dash.

If they are good ,then check that dia fram pump under there that control,s the door,may be bad.It will have vacume line running to it.

I just had that same problem. The heat and cool air would only come out of the defrost vent. I took off the dash which was not needed. All i did to fix it was remove the black vacuum lime from under the cup holder pullout try all the way through the fire wall to the engine compartment and added a new line. And problem was fixed.
