Rattling noise from serpentine belt

Asked by Ram0120 Mar 01, 2019 at 12:22 PM about the 2006 Toyota Matrix XR

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 2006 Toyota Matrix XR, everytime I
have the gear in drive and have the RPM
above 2000, a rattling noise can be heard
near the serpentine belt. I’m assuming it’s
one of the pulleys, how can I tell which one of
the pulleys need to be replaced.
