Dealership complaint

Asked by GuruW9HZQ Oct 10, 2018 at 07:13 PM about the 2007 Mercedes-Benz S-Class S 550 4MATIC

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I had my car for less than 1 month from Zone Motors
Chicago and both axles broke in turn damaging not only the
axle but the differential costing me $8300.00 in repairs
almost the loan of the car. What can be done about this?

If you did not have a written warranty which covered the parts you are SOL (shit out of luck). You were asking for trouble when you purchased a used Mercedes.
