I have a 97 chevy
suburban 1500 with a
5.7 vortex 4x4 will the
same size motor from a
99 fit? And are the
heads and manifolds the
same?

It will as long as both are the 5.7. If not then your going to need to change the PCM, ECM, new wiring harness....good luck....
