Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I changed my transmission (cvt) in my 2007 Dodge Caliber AWD will not drive
faster then 25 mph. Will not rev up, no power. If you jack it off the ground will
drive 70 mph. I also lost the auto stick functions.

If you lose your power and you can put gas pedal to the floor. Its your crank shaft sensor. That's what my 2007 dodge caliber sxt did. Whenever I lose power I could pull off for a few minutes turn it off let it cool down some then start it back up and it would drive just fine for a good awhile. Then when it lost power and wouldn't take gas I took it had it hooked up to a computer at a garage and that's what it said it was a crank shaft sensor $12.99 piece at advance or auto zone.
