Dodge caliber 2007 power is flickering.

2007 dodge caliber power is flickering when I using a jump starter. It was
running as normal and leave it without use for 3 months and recently I tried to
start but the battery died.

Please let me know what is wrong with this car.

Thanks for your recommendation! I bought OBD but power flickering doesn't let OBD finish its work. Is there any chance leaks affecting this power flickering?
