Do you change the transmission fluid on a 2002
Buick Regal

I would do it every 30,000 miles, no flush, just change the fluid and filter.

A lot depends on the mileage, how you drive and where you live. * Mileage....most manufacturers recommend 50K but it does not hurt to change sooner. * If you tow or do lots of start/stop driving that would cause me to change before 50K * Heat is the enemy of transmissions....living in the south put more stress on transmissions because they will run hotter most of the time.......a auxillary transmission cooler is a good idea in the southern states
