Wheel hub assembly conversion?

Question type: General

How can I change my 1982 Buick Regal lug pattern
from a 5x4.75 to either a 5x5 or 5x4.5? Is there a kit
or a interchangeable part from another?

You can use wheel adapters which will offset wheels out about 2" or simply buy wheels in the bolt pattern you already have.
