Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 1997 Chevrolet Blazer. It stopped on me one evening and I couldn't
change gears. I was told it was the transmission strainer. I got that replaced for
it to only go, but stall until it reaches 30 mph then it pushes off. I go get it
checked out at Auto Zone and they tell me I needed a air filter and fuel filter. I
just got it replaced and now it's not pulling so bad but it's still making a shhhh
noise or something when I push down to accelerate. HELP!!!! Please!! I have
class tomorrow afternoon!

Oh yeah.. when I got the transmission strainer replaced, I had to drive it in 2

It sounds like you are trying the shotgun approach to fixing your Blazer. Replacing parts at random costs a lot and only leads to frustration. From your description it is impossible to say what is wrong but you probably need an engine tuneup as well as a transmission checkup by a good transmission shop.

Only if it needs one. Have it checked out to see what is going on.
