Like Ed92626 said this is a greater issue then just a service. Preferably to get your vehicle enough pressure you need to change the oil and he oil filter to possibly get just enough to take it to a shop. It also could be if you put stop leak in the motor it fills holes where they have oil that goes through it. As well It could be the strainer on top of the camshaft ether way do not stomp the gas or destroy the gas pedal because you will blow something up without sufficient pressure.
