Howcome my 2004 mazda rx8 only goes up to 124mph?

You can have it flashed,or by a chip to go in it.

Because anything after that, the jail sentence gets pretty big, please be careful on public highways. Mazda engineers set the program up that way, because in general as speeds go up , so do warranty claims.
