I have replaced every part of the coolant system on my 1998 Chevy Cavalier, it is still overheating, and the top hose is collapsing. What now?

"Every" part? Hard to tell from here, but you did not find what the original problem was- and since you are not telling us, all I can say is, check it out- all over again-

The car was/is overheating, so i replaced the radiator, coolant tank, thermostat, temp sensor, and water pump. I back flushed the system before replacing pump. Still overheating, and now top radiator hose is callapsing.

I just replaced the whole left and right turn signal switch in my car. Hazards work but not my left and right turn signal. From what I was told it is the Access Relay. Where is this relay located at? Hello I have a 2001 chevy cavalier and yesterday morning I tried to start my car and turned over the key and it did absolutely nothing. There was no clicking or winding noises only noise I heard was my fuel pump kicking on. All my lights are working normal and so is my radio.
