I just replaced the whole left and right turn signal switch in my car. Hazards work but not my left and right turn signal. From what I was told it is the Access Relay. Where is this relay located at? Because is not under the hood. Is it right by the gas pedal? I have a 2001 chevy cavalier.

So you replaced the switch in the steering column, I'm assuming. I don't know where the access relay is but I've had this problem before and it ended up being the hazard switch(button)

Yes replaced the switch in the column and my hazard works fine. This is a mystery I'm trying to solve. Thank you for your answer.

This is late but some might find helpful. Daughter 2001 Cavalier. I cleaned all the light sockets (using DeoxIT(great stuff)) and got back regular lights but not brakes or turn signals. Then in tracing for ground, noticed that a "clip" in the center area of the trunk lid was not solidly connected so i took it off and repositioned. Voila! Lights bright and working... Signals, brakes, backups. Ground.
