When to change timing belt/chain??

when to change timing belt or chain for a 1998 chevy cavlier convertible....i have 92,000 miles & i bought it used when its 89,000 miles thanks

if you dont have service records of it being changed, i would change it now, its better to be safe then sorry, its impossible to change it too often
