06 Passat cooling fan

My 06 Passat is overheating I've already replaced
the radiator,the overflow jug,and the auxiliary
pump.ive noticed that my cooling fan starts only
after the car is off ......Any suggestions to what it
could be

Was the cooling system purged from air when refill it with coolant?
