My 2003 convertible Volkswagen Beetle top will
not go back up! What do I do?

Take it to a garage that will fix it correctly- maybe the dealer for something that esoteric- or trade it in on a coupe- I would follow the latter course, personally- I have blue eyes and an aversion to bright sunlight-
