My 99 tahoe has 134,000 miles. In
the winter it runs gr8 but during
90degrees days when warmed up
it hesitates to start after a few
times...why?

It could be the Ignition Control Module. When they start to go bad, the engine heat and temperature affects them to cause a no start condition. The ICM can be tested. Another thing to verify would be fuel pressure. It should be 56 to 63 lbs.
