Sensors inop.

99 Tahoe new engine installed. Engine runs
with TPS,  EGR,  IAC,  AND MAP sensor
unplugged.  Runs bad of course.

Is the computer and new engine compatible? The tps and map sensors use a 5 volt ref. Is there close to 5 volts at one of the wires at the sensor connector, key on? If not, your going to have to check out computer--wiring connects--all voltage and ground circuits for computer. The other two components you listed, I haven't looked at those.
