What is causing my tahoe problems?

I have a 99 Tahoe I put
new fuel filter and oxygen
sensors and plugs and
distributor cap on and
crankshaft position
sensor runs kinda slow
and backfire until 30mph
then after that runs fine
backfires some as well
has also new 02 sensors
and exhaust system
