Light blinking to fast

Asked by Elisse Nov 12, 2015 at 12:46 PM about the 2000 Volkswagen Jetta GLS

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 2000 vw jetta 2.0 Gls and ever
since I bought this car I've had the driver's
side turning signal blink super fast. I never
thought much of it cause the " Einstein
mechanic" of bf at the time said someone
just replaced the bulb with an led light. Well
after replacing him and a few bulbs the
light still blinks, so I'm starting to think
that's not the problem..
Thanks!!
Oh! Also, idk if this makes a difference or
not but the same light keeps burning out..
Again thanks!

usually a faster flasher speed is an indicator that one of your signal bulbs is burned out
