my 2000 jetta gl is very sluggish from a stop but once moving it seems to have power

i just changed the spark plugs and wires changed and i have 2 misfire codes along with
o2 sensor codes.

got it. battery had 6 volts which caused it to go into limp mode and stay in 3rd gear.

I have the exact same problem, I only have a code for O2 sensor..did u changed already the O2 sensor? That fix it?...Thanks
