My jetta surges from fine to sluggish I opened the intake hose next to the throddle body and I have oil dripping out. Is this a sensor problem?

there should not be any oil in your air lines. this may be cause by cloged crank case hoses. try pulling the ends off on the heads and check to see how cloged they are. provided an image to help you find them
