1997 front end

So i have 1997 vw golf, i have replaced everything
in the front end but when i step on the gas the car
pulls to the rightror when i let off it pulls to left
what could that be? And it also makes a weird pop
noise sometimes

Where the front CV drive axles checked? And was there a front end alignment done? Causes for the vehicle pulling, and noise.

your car has an undue amount of torque-steer- every front-drive car has it, but it can be lessened by having equal-length drive shafts- and other tech tricks- my guess is that things are not quite right with the work that was done, and it has made the natural tendency worse-
