Mercedes ABC System

Asked by pikes2 Mar 12, 2016 at 12:22 PM about the 2005 Mercedes-Benz SL-Class SL 500

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

How do you to depressurize the ABC system to remove front valve block
hoses. I opened bleeders by the two front wheels and PB1 & PB2 hoses still
appear to be rigid and possibly under pressure.

If you follow the lines from the struts you will see what looks like brake bleeder screws with rubber caps on them. Open those to depressurize.
