2001 sl500 stopped running with no worning

i was stopped at a red light and my car just stopped running every thing works and it turns over but wont start.

Thanks for answering. I was thinking it felt like a fuel pump(i just filled up) and was looking at the fuse box to see if there was a fuse for the fuel pump but I think there are more fuse boxes I have not found.

if you have not found the second fuse box in your trunk then don't waste your time, it runs on a relay and the pump is direct drive, there is a filter in your gas tank, check and replace before changing the pump also replace your fuel filter

its your crank shaft sensor.. very affordable to fix, will cause the engine not to fire even though it turns over. It cost me less than hundred dollars to fix it. The part is cheap and the labor is easy. Make sure you let them know what the issue is to whom ever you take it to.
