How do you reset the radio?

Hello, What do you mean by "reset the radio?" Do you mean switch the pre-programmed stations? Or is it acting strangely and you want to restart it like Microsoft Windows? CarGrrl

The radio no longer works since the battery was changed. Need to know how to get it working again.
