Dear joeybear- Back when car sound systems were all the rage among petty thieves, manufacturers began installing radios with a special code into their cars. Whenever the sound system was disconected from a power source or the power source was disconnected (battery), the code had to be re-entered before you could play the sound system again. You will have to bring your Mercedes ML320 to a dealer to get this code. Remember to bring proof of ownership. Good luck from Bovan.

Try holding the power on button for about 5 seconds, it worked for me, but if it doesn't work then it's probably a fuse.
