On my 2000 Mercedes e320 ,they brakes go
to the floorboard!!! Help diagnostics didn't
help

Check the brake fluid, if it's low refill and check for leaks, this sounds like a bad master cylinder but this would also be a good time for a wheels off brake inspection.
