I replaced fuel filter and pump. Bur car still not
starting Seems like it is still not getting fuel to
moter.

Have you checked for spark? May have no spark to the spark plugs. Otherwise on the fuel, I hope you replaces the fuel strainer on the fuel pump when you were in there, and also there may be a bad fuel pressure regulator.
