Speedo cable

Put new powersteering lines in an lost my
speedometer looked it all over can't seem to
find the cable anywhere

No cable since the early 90's on GM FWD's. You must have unhooked or damaged the pick-up, plug or wiring on the speed sensor. It is on the passenger side of the transaxle. Should be the only sensor inserted into the tranny case near the diff (just inboard of the passenger side CV).
