03 Camry Speed Sensor Issue

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My 03 Camry has issues with sensing speed. Speedometer, odometer and
cruise control are not functioning. I have replaced the speed sensor and it
worked for a little bit. Code is PO500. Any help is appreciated.

Thanks, did that. Not sure which wire is which, but one has 12 volts on it, the others nothing far as I can tell.

Shouldn't the signal wire have some voltage on it? Is there something else I can check for, like continuity?It's a stickshift car and there are 3 wires to the sensor.
