The basics for a rough idle, check for a leak of some kind, fuel--egr--vacuum leak? Did you use a gage and check proper fuel pressure? My info says 48--55 psi, key on engine off, so if you're right about in the middle, should be fine. After you build up proper pressure, turn off the key, does the pressure hold for a bit? If the pressure drops like a rock, you have a fuel pressure leak, whether it's leaking from fuel injector or what? You can check vac line on fuel pressure regulator, if it has gas in it, the regulator is faulty. After a bit of cranking or idling, check the spark plugs, Are they wet with gas, are they bone dry? If wet, have to check for spark on those cylinders. I'm sure I'm leaving something out, but, all I can think of, at the moment.
