Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I recently and unfortunately had the
lovely experience of getting my red
2000 camaro stuck in mud, in an
attempt to escape the mud I floored
the gas pedal (Automatic) and tried
to trudge through, unfortunately I got
stuck. To even better my
circumstances after I turned the car
off it would not start for about 45
minutes. I replaced the spark plugs
and spark plug wires and added fuel
cleaning liquid into my gas tank.
However I have noticed an
exponential drop in power and a
major noise reduction, as well as a
terrible sound while idling in park. If
you have any knowledge of what my
problem might be or how I can
restore the power/ noise of my
exhaust I would deeply apriciate it.
Thank you!

Have you checked to see if there's mud in the exhaust system? If the exhaust can't get out of the engine it will cause a drop in power. It should also cause an increase in engine temperature
