What causes rough idle?

I have a p0300 p0172 p2099 p0302 codes. My
dodge has 327031 miles on it. It still runs and
crank up but it idles very rough! Can someone
help?

Anything from needing a tune up to blown head gasket. A couple of your codes show the fuel mix is too rich, which comes down to O2 sensors, MAP sensor, plugs, injectors/fuel regulator, with this kind of mileage all bets are off.

Thanks for the info KenF! I've done and replaced all that was mentioned! I think it's time to take it to the shop!
