fuel problem

Dodge 1590 5.7 engine replaced fuel pump
and relay and checked fuse only way it will
try to start is starting fluid any ideas

Try the computer. Normally the fuel pump relay or pump. Check to make sure you do not have a safety switch like the inertia switch. Now there is a fuse for Ecm which will hinder fuel from pumping
