I have a 2005 that does the same thing. I found out it is the transmission leaking off it's prime in the pump.......my solution is to start it, put it in nuetral for 10 ~ 15 seconds then shift it into reverse first. It only does it when I first start it for the day.....then it is usually fine for the rest of the day.
