Why don't my Buddy's 2001 Dodge Ram 1500 want too shift up too park neutral or even reverse after the transmissions filter and fluids were changed

We changed the transmissions fluid and filter and now it
won't go into park or even reverse or neutral and has a
hard time with 2nd and 3rd

Did you move the neutral safety switch out of position when doing the service? That will give you an issue with gear selection.
