99 dodge 5.9 cranks and trys to start but will not start. Need help

Ok so im stuck. I have everything i need but the
truck wont start. I have 50lbs fuel pressure at rail
injectors firing . great spark new distributor. New
crank sensor. Ecm. injectors. No codes besode
coolant temp code. I cant comunicate directly to
ecm threw scaner have to use general obd2 to
get in. What else should i be looking for ? It trys
to start for a few sec but wont start. Has 156
compression on all 8. Maybe sjumped a tooth on
the chain? Has 156k miles

I believe i found the issue im preatty sure i need to replace the gear and bushing for the distributor becuz the reluctor wheel hit the cam sensor inside the distributor
