99 Dodge Ram 1500 5.9 cranks over but won't start, even though I have spark & fuel pressure at the rail

I just replaced the plenum, which I had disconnected 6 months ago & left it even though
there was quite a vacuum suction...could this be culprit? Or, I had to remove timing chain
& later realized it had no marks, so could that be it? Or should I go first to cam sensor &
coil?

Maybe a faulty neutral safety switch....I believe it's located on the drivers side of the tranny just above the oil pan of the tranny.
