My truck rolls when in park

My truck still rolls when its in park.       what could it be.     I checked the shifter link but it
still rolls in park

If it isn't the shifter linkage then the Parking Pawl in the Transmission has failed.

Yeah, unfortunately it's inside the transmission. I'm not a transmission guy but I think it's in the output shaft (tail shaft) housing.

Ram claims that there is no problems with this and they also refuse to read any comments on line

I had a ford f250 that would roll when in park. The problem with mine was not complex just hard to get to. Behind the dash on the gear indicator there were 2 nuts that were loose and prevented the gear shift from fully being put into park. After being tightened it fixed the problem.
