Temperature gauge raises to 260 after 20 mins of driving

My trucks temp gauge is raising  it never goes past
210 but recently it goes to 260 which is almost in
the red I replaced the radiator in September and
the water pump isn't that old

Best try replacing the thermostat. When refilling with coolant remember to burp the cooling system from air pocket.

You can also try Block Tester to make sure you don't have a bad head gasket causing overheating. Most auto parts places will rent you the setup, takes about 10-15 minutes to do.
